山東路橋(000498.SZ)披露濟南至濰坊高速公路工程施工招標中標結果
格隆匯 11 月 1日丨山東路橋(000498.SZ)公佈，近日，公司子公司山東省路橋集團有限公司(“路橋集團公司”)、山東省公路橋樑建設有限公司(“公路橋樑公司”)、山東魯橋建設有限公司(“魯橋建設公司”)、山東省高速路橋養護有限公司(“路橋養護公司”)以獨立中標或聯合體中標的方式，被確定為濟南至濰坊高速公路工程施工項目施工5至8標第一中標候選人。
目前，該項目各標段定標工作已經完成，招標單位山東高速集團有限公司建設管理分公司發佈了《濟南至濰坊高速公路工程施工招標中標結果》。
根據本項目招標單位發佈的招標中標結果，公司子公司相關施工標段中標情況如下：
1.施工5標(JWSG-5)中標單位：牽頭方為四川公路橋樑建設集團有限公司、聯合方為公司子公司公路橋樑公司；聯合體中標標價：約19.54億元；中標原因：該單位為第一中標候選人。
2.施工6標(JWSG-6)中標單位：牽頭方為公司子公司路橋集團公司、聯合方為中鐵二局集團有限公司；聯合體中標標價約31.07億元；中標原因：該單位為第一中標候選人。
3.施工7標(JWSG-7)中標單位：公司子公司路橋集團公司；中標標價：約28.88億元；中標原因：該單位為第一中標候選人。
4.施工8標(JWSG-8)中標單位：牽頭方為公司子公司魯橋建設公司、聯合方為公司子公司路橋養護公司；中標標價：約17.01億元；中標原因：該單位為第一中標候選人。
此次交易屬於公司日常經營的關聯交易，已包含在公司年度關聯交易預計中。該項目施工5標為公司子公司公路橋樑公司與四川公路橋樑建設集團有限公司組成的聯合體，其中公路橋樑公司為聯合體成員，根據《聯合體協議書》，公路橋樑公司承擔本標段總工程量的49%。該項目施工6標為公司子公司路橋集團公司與中鐵二局集團有限公司組成的聯合體，其中路橋集團公司為聯合體牽頭方，根據《聯合體協議書》,路橋集團公司承擔的本標段總工程量不少於70%。根據招標中標結果及聯合體協議書，公司各子公司合計獲得本項目中標價約不低於77億元，佔公司2019年度經審計營業收入的33%。若該項目順利實施，將對公司的經營業績產生積極影響。
