格隆匯 10 月 30日丨中國中鐵(00390.HK)發佈公告，公司前三季度實現營業總收入6,887.63億元(人民幣，下同)，同比增長20.44%，綜合毛利率9.22%，同比減少0.77個百分點，其中：基礎設施建設業務實現營業收入6,051.85億元，同比增長21.91%；實現毛利率7.25%，同比減少0.28個百分點；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤182.60億元，同比增長17.98%。勘察設計與諮詢服務業務實現營業收入124.27億元，同比增長10.38%；實現毛利率27.54%，同比增加0.46個百分點。工程設備與零部件製造業務實現營業收入174.45億元，同比增長36.49%；實現毛利率18.14%，同比減少5.95個百分點。房地產開發業務實現收入237.32億元，同比增長15.01%；實現毛利率29.42%，同比減少1.20個百分點。
前三季度，公司經營規模加速擴大、經營效益穩步增長，實現新籤合同額13,542億元，同比增長24.3%。從地域分佈來看，國內業務新籤合同12,912.6億元，同比增長25.3%；海外業務新籤合同629.4億元，同比增長7%。從業務類型來看，基礎設施建設業務新籤合同11,384.4億元，同比增長25.4%；其中：鐵路業務新籤合同1,847.1億元，同比增長24%；公路業務新籤合同2,019.3億元，同比增長66%；市政及其他業務新籤合同7,518億元，同比增長17.9%，尤其是在生態治理、城市開發等領域取得長足進展。勘察設計與諮詢服務業務新籤合同193.6億元，同比增長11.3%；工程設備與零部件製造業務新籤合同381.4億元，同比增長40.4%；房地產開發業務銷售額447.8億元，同比增長6.4%；其他業務新籤合同1,134.8億元，同比增長19.6%。
截至報告期末，公司未完合同額為35,426.5億元，較上年末增長5.4%。其中，基礎設施建設業務未完合同額為34,002.7億元，較上年末增長7.5%；勘察設計與諮詢服務業務未完合同額為610.6億元，較上年末增長11.8%；工程設備與零部件製造業務未完合同額為686.7億元，較上年末增加26.8%。
