景福集團(00280.HK):預計半年度純利超1000萬港元
格隆匯 10 月 30日丨景福集團(00280.HK)發佈公告,基於集團截至2020年9月30日止六個月未經審核的綜合管理賬目,預期集團於該半年度的公司擁有人應占綜合溢利達到超過1000萬港元,對比2019年同期的240萬港元。
公告稱,該可觀的溢利增長主要是由於獲得香港政府的“保就業”計劃補貼及集團店鋪的租金成本減少。儘管今年4月及5月受到2019年冠狀病毒的不利影響,自2020年6月起,集團的零售業務已逐步回升。在該半年度該業務收入下降低兩位數。
