中电委托研究:大湾区智能建筑解决方案需求将增长逾倍 料每年逾14亿美元
中电表示,早前委托顾问公司Guidehouse进行的一项研究发现,新冠病毒疫情持续,将继续改变办公室和商业场所的设计与运用,建筑管理人员会采用新技术去优化物业的进出管理系统及布局。研究同时估计,在2025年前,大湾区对结合最新数码技术的智能建筑解决方案的需求将增长一倍以上,达到每年超过14亿美元。
中电指,於去年推出了Smart Energy Connect(SEC)数码解决方案平台,为客户提供多元化的能源管理方案。通过利用物联网和人工智能等数码技术,SEC旨在令能源服务更智能及灵活,同时减少碳排放。
