重慶農村商業銀行(03618.HK)：前三季歸母淨利77.69億元 同比下降9.95%
格隆匯 10 月 29日丨重慶農村商業銀行(03618.HK)發佈三季度報告，2020年1至9月，集團實現淨利潤79.44億元(人民幣，下同)，其中歸屬於本行股東的淨利潤77.69億元，分別較上年同期降低9.68%和9.95%。年化平均總資產回報率0.99%，年化加權平均淨資產收益率11.41%。
2020年1至9月，營業收入209.88億元，較上年同期增長4.95%。其中，利息淨收入182.13億元，較上年同期增長5.23%。手續費及佣金淨收入21.55億元，較上年同期增長8.20%。淨利息收益率為2.29%，較上年同期下降0.04個百分點。
營業支出為57.69億元，較上年同期增長13.68%，成本收入比較上年同期上升2.11個百分點至27.49%，主要原因為上年取消退休人員大額醫保繳費，上期費用相對較低。信用減值損失56.60億元，較上年同期增長31.72%，主要是受新冠肺炎疫情影響，為提高風險抵禦能力，集團進一步優化預期信用減值模型，相應提高了客户貸款的減值計提力度。
2020年9月30日，集團資產總額11,086.05億元，較上年末增加783.75億元，增長7.61%。客户貸款及墊款總額4,956.56億元，較上年末增加585.71億元，增長13.40%。其中，集團公司貸款2,755.09億元，零售貸款1,986.13億元，票據貼現215.34億元。金融投資4,099.12億元，較上年末增加325.59億元，增長8.63%。
負債總額10,139.83億元，較上年末增加735.55億元，增長7.82%。客户存款7,453.35億元，較上年末增加719.33億元，增長10.68%。其中，集團公司存款1,740.22億元，零售存款5,640.16億元，其他存款72.97億元。股東權益總額946.21億元，較上年末增加48.19億元，增長5.37%。
按照貸款五級分類劃分，不良貸款餘額為64.14億元，較上年末增加9.55億元。不良貸款率1.29%，較上年末增加0.04個百分點。撥備覆蓋率為359.00%，較上年末下降21.31個百分點。於2020年9月30日，集團按照《商業銀行資本管理辦法(試行)》計量的核心一級資本充足率12.24%，一級資本充足率12.26%，資本充足率14.61%，均滿足監管要求。
