台湾联华电子承认窃取商业秘密 被美国罚款6,000万美元
台湾半导体公司联华电子对在美国的窃取商业秘密指控表示认罪,将支付6,000万美元的罚款,并会配合调查中国晋华集成电路窃取技术的案件。
此前,美国司法部指控联华电子协助晋华集成电路窃取美光(Micron)(MU.US)的动态随机存取记忆体(DRAM)生产技术,晋华集成电路曾否认有任何不法行为。
联华电子目前承认一项收受及拥有窃取商业秘密的罪名,但未有在未经美光的授权下将资料转移至晋华集成电路。
