友邦(01299.HK):疫情提升保险需求 有见业务反弹
友邦(01299.HK)首席执行官兼总裁李源祥表示,对本港市场非常有信心,将会继续进行投资,而且在中港市场之外,亦会继续投资於星马泰等市场,目前亦没有裁员需要。
他指在新型肺炎疫情之下,面对面保险销售虽然受到影响,不过市场对保险的需求提升,经纪的销售动力亦增加,相信疫情过後新业务将会快速增长,现时疫情对新业务的负面影响只是暂时性,并表示不同市场在隔离令放宽之後业务亦录得反弹。
友邦并宣布,投放1亿美元设立奖学金,以在未来数十年每年资助100名本港大学生。
