据报内地多地加强商品房预售资金监管
据内地媒体报道,进入下半年,包括福建、银川、石家庄、资阳、荆州、黄石、桂林、蚌埠、衢州等多地,相继出台或完善新建商品房预售资金监管的相关规定,北京则开展专项检查,预售资金监管趋於严格。
此外,一些地方和房产机构强化二手房交易的资金存管,要求重点围绕开发企业预售资金收存、支取、使用的及时性、合规性,监管银行入账监督和出账审核,以及购房人贷款资金是否按规定发放至专用账户等情况开展检查,多措并举保障预售资金更加安全、规范、高效使用,防范延期交房、楼盘烂尾等风险。
