山東黃金(01787.HK)使用部分閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金
格隆匯 10 月 28日丨山東黃金(01787.HK)公告,2020年10月28日,公司第五屆董事會第四十六次會議,審議通過了《公司關於利用閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金的議案》,同意公司使用閒置募集資金40,000萬元暫時補充流動資金,使用期限自公司董事會審議批准該議案日起不超過12個月。
到期前公司應及時足額將上述資金歸還至募集資金專用賬户。本次暫時補充的流動資金僅限與主營業務相關的生產經營使用,不得直接或間接用於新股配售,申購,或用於投資股票及其衍生品種、可轉換公司債券等。
