格隆匯 10 月 28日丨中國石油化工股份(00386.HK)發佈三季度報告，按中國企業會計準則，前三季度本公司歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤人民幣235.07億元，其中第三季度歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤人民幣463.89億元。按國際財務報告準則，前三季度本公司歸屬於本公司股東淨利潤人民幣244.59億元，其中第三季度歸屬於本公司股東淨利潤人民幣461.84億元。
勘探及開發方面，在低油價下，本公司堅持高質量勘探，注重效益開發，加快天然氣產能建設,積極拓市擴銷，穩油增氣降本進一步深化。勘探方面，在塔里木盆地、濟陽坳陷、四川盆地等領域取得油氣勘探新發現。原油開發方面，強化低成本技術應用，優化項目實施方案，成本進一步下降。天然氣開發方面，加快川西、東勝、威榮等氣田產能建設，持續推進涪陵、普光、元壩等氣田開發。前三季度境內原油產量同比持平，天然氣銷量同比增加9.86%，市場份額持續增長。第三季度勘探及開發板塊息税前利潤為人民幣131.6億元。
煉油方面，公司以市場需求為導向，抓住第三季度境內消費需求恢復機遇，加大煉銷一體化協同力度，保持高水平的裝置負荷，推進價值鏈效益最大化；靈活調整產品結構，增加化工原料供應，增產瀝青、潤滑油等適銷對路產品；優化原油採購節奏，降低原油採購成本。第三季度原油加工量6350.6萬噸，環比增長11.0%，同比增長1.9%，成品油產量3801.1萬噸，環比增加11.2%，化工輕油產量1053.4萬噸，環比增加15.0%，同比增加5.3%。第三季度煉油板塊息税前利潤為人民幣315.5億元。
營銷和分銷方面，面對激烈的市場競爭，本公司加強市場研判，發揮一體化優勢，堅持量效兼顧，全力拓市增效，經營量持續回升；創新“一鍵加油”等服務模式，促進線上線下融合發展，打造“安全加油、放心消費、高效便捷”的服務新場景，不斷提升服務水平。第三季度，境內成品油總經銷量4,544萬噸，環比增長0.4%。第三季度營銷和分銷板塊息税前利潤為人民幣182.4億元。
此外，化工方面，公司深化原料結構調整，降低原料成本；優化裝置生產運行和產品結構，提高高附加值產品比例，合成樹脂新產品和專用料比例達68.6%，合成橡膠高附加值產品比例達31.3%；積極推進重點項目建設。第三季度乙烯產量307萬噸，環比增加11.8%。加快開拓醫衞樹脂、抗菌材料、車用材料等高端產品市場，優化網點佈局和物流運作，增強產業鏈盈利能力，第三季度化工產品經營總量2,233萬噸，環比增加0.86%。第三季度化工板塊息税前利潤為人民幣42.2億元。
