國壽(02628.HK)與國壽置業成立合夥企業 投資一二線城市不動產項目
中國人壽(02628.HK)公布,公司作為有限合夥人,擬於今年12月31日前與國壽置業作為普通合夥人訂立合夥協議,藉以成立合夥企業。
合夥企業全體合夥人認繳出資總額為90.01億元人民幣(下同),其中,公司認繳出資90億元,國壽置業認繳出資100萬元。國壽資本將作為合夥企業的管理人。
公司指,通過是次交易投資於中國一線及強二線城市的不動產項目,將有助於保險資金服務實體經濟,支持國家戰略新興產業發展,優化保險資金資產配置,對沖外部風
險,並提升公司投資收益。
