格隆汇10月28日丨滔搏(06110.HK)高开3.75%,报11.08港元,总市值687亿港元。滔搏发布公告,该公司接获其控股股东百丽体育有限公司通知(百丽体育),其将分派其所持有公司的全部股份给予其最终实益股东。此外,滔搏发布公告,截至2020年8月31日止6个月,公司收入157.7亿元人民币,同比减少7%;公司拥有人应占净利润13.09亿元,同比减少11%;每股盈利21.11分,中期股息每股普通股人民币12分。
