中潛股份(300526.SZ)：決定停止相關生產線的產品生產
格隆匯 10 月 27日丨中潛股份(300526.SZ)公佈，公司主要從事潛水服及其配套裝備等涉水活動防護裝備的研發、生產及銷售，潛水服產品包括乾式潛水服、半乾式潛水服、濕式潛水服以及八針潛水服等，漁獵服產品系潛水服衍生品，分為橡膠類和非橡膠類兩種，業務對海外市場的依存度較高。自今年年初以來，受新冠疫情尤其是海外持續蔓延的新冠疫情影響，公司出現訂單減少、業務拓展不利等情形，從而導致公司業績下滑，主營業務趨於萎縮，盈利能力大幅下降，面臨較大經營壓力和困難。2020年1-9月，母公司營業收入為101,761,807.87元，同比下降49.38%；淨利潤為-43,030,379.4元，同比下降202.93%。考慮到海外疫情暫時沒有緩和跡象，近期公司未能承接新的訂單，目前已處於連續虧損狀態，為了緩解上市公司現金流的壓力，同時及時止損，公司決定停止相關生產線的產品生產。
公司全資子公司深圳市蔚藍體育有限公司(“蔚藍體育”)，主要產品包括潛水鏡、潛水呼吸管、腳蹼及游泳鏡、游泳帽和游泳配件等一系列體育用品。目前，蔚藍體育全資子公司深圳市華爾威體育用品製造有限公司生產正常，近期正在籌備搬遷擴產事宜，相關無塵車間和新設備陸續建成和安裝，未來計劃逐步實現全自動化流水線生產。蔚藍體育2019年實現營業收入4883.58萬元，淨利潤1001.12萬元，佔公司合併口徑營業收入的9.26%；2020年1-9月實現營業收入2204.33萬元，淨利潤154.48萬元，佔公司合併口徑營業收入的14.99%。
相關生產線的停產會對公司生產經營產生不利影響，公司已對相關存貨和固定資產、無形資產計提了相關資產減值準備，共計約1151.48萬元。該項減值損失計入公司2020年第三季度合併損益，導致公司第三季度合併報表歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤減少約1151.48萬元。
