格隆匯10月27日丨中國力鴻(01586.HK)發佈公告,於2020年10月27日,董事會採納股份獎勵計劃,據此,管理委員會或獨立受託人可收購股份(費用由本公司承擔)並以信託形式持有,直至有關獎勵股份獲悉數歸屬及轉讓予經甄選人士為止。
股份獎勵計劃的目的為進一步完善公司治理結構和長效激勵機制,倡導公司與個人共同持續發展的理念,吸引和保留優秀人才,充分調動公司中高層管理人員、核心技術人員、業務骨幹的積極性、責任感和使命感,兼顧公司長期利益和短期利益,在充分保障股東利益的前提下,按照收益與貢獻對等的原則有效地將股東利益、公司利益和核心團隊個人利益結合在一起,併為之共同努力奮鬥從而更好地促進公司長期、持續、健康發展。
