格隆匯 10 月 27日丨賽伍技術(603212.SH)公佈,為滿足公司下屬全資子公司浙江賽伍應用技術有限公司生產需要,不斷提高公司的運行效率,降低資金成本,優化負債結構,提高風險抵抗能力以應對不斷變化的競爭需要,公司下屬全資子公司浙江賽伍應用技術有限公司擬向銀行申請金額不超過7億元的綜合授信額度(最終以各家銀行實際審批的授信額度為準),用於辦理銀行流動資金貸款、項目貸款、信用證、承兑匯票、保函等以滿足公司日常經營與戰略發展所需資金。
