科斯伍德(300192.SZ)：擬收購長沙經貿職業中專學校51%的股權
格隆匯 10 月 25日丨科斯伍德(300192.SZ)公佈，基於國家對民辦教育的高度重視和產教融合戰略，公司將升級教育產業佈局，加快子公司龍門教育異地擴張的步伐，積極發展職普融合戰略，推動中等職業教育業務發展。2020年10月24日，公司與長沙市新五美教育科技有限公司(“乙方”)簽署《意向性協議》。科斯伍德擬收購乙方持有的長沙經貿職業中專學校有限公司(“目標公司”)51%的股權(最終以正式交易協議的約定為準)。
甲方有意以目標公司2020年度、2021年度、2022年度三年利潤總和扣除非經常性損益後實現年均淨利潤1000萬元為依據，以1億元人民幣的整體估值收購目標公司51%的股權。
長沙經貿職業中專學校創建於1995年，是長沙市教育局主管，湖南省教育廳備案的全日制中等職業學校。學校是湖南省示範性中等職業學校、湖南省中職學校德育先進單位、長沙市大中專院校就業工作先進單位、長沙市安全文明單位。
2020年9月，長沙經貿學校完成由非營利學校變更為營利性學校的辦學性質變更。長沙經貿學校開設有電子電器應用與維修(工業機器人訂單班方向、電梯檢測維修訂單班方向)專業；旅遊服務與管理(軌道交通運營管理方向、民航服務方向)專業；電子商務(電商運營與管理方向)專業；商務英語(對外經濟貿易方向、商務助理及文祕方向）專業；會計(金融服務管理方向、企業財務管理方向)專業；計算機應用技術(UI設計方向、電子競技方向、新媒體方向）專業；社會文化藝術(幼兒助教訂單班方向、音體美藝術培養方向)專業；安全技術管理(安全生產管理技術員方向、安全評價工程技術人員方向)專業；視頻安全與檢測技術(食品檢驗方向、營養指導與管理技術人員培養方向）專業；新能源汽車裝調與檢修(新能源客貨汽車裝調、使用、維護、修理、檢測方向)專業；對口升學班(大部分學生都能考上本科學校)等專業，現有教職員工150名，在籍學生近2000人。
