提前償還4.5億債券，慧聰集團（2280.HK）在傳遞什麼信號？
10月23日晚，慧聰集團發佈公告稱，公司已提前贖回最遲將在2021年12月到期的1億港元票據和1億港元可換股債券，加上之前於8月31日提前贖回2.5億港元的票據，至此，慧聰集團已提前贖回全部票據及可轉換股債，共計支付本息約4.5億人民幣。
公告顯示，兩次償債資金均由集團現有內部資源撥付。在今年整體經營承壓的背景下，顯示出慧聰和管理團隊的良好信用與資金面的改善。對於慧聰而言，債務的進一步降低，意味着資本結構以及利潤空間的再度優化。
今年疫情突襲，諸多行業發展受阻，但也加速了傳統產業的數字化滲透趨勢，產業互聯網的發展也迎來的前所未有的機遇。
據瞭解，“慧聰網+中關村在線（ZOL）+兆信股份”作為慧聰集團目前的三大核心業務板塊，持續擴張增值。其一，在Q1疫情過境後，慧聰網迎來全面恢復。據公開數據顯示，慧聰網在2020年Q2實現PV、UV環比增速均超過50%，註冊數環比增長81%，SUK當月發佈量環比增長92%，實名認證量環比增長75%。其二，重組之後的中關村在線，充分運用直播營銷新途徑，加快新零售模式變現。中報顯示，上半年通過聯手家電一線品牌進行直播，實時直播零售商逾萬家，訂單數超30萬，售出商品超百萬件。其中，“618大促”GMV突破2億元，同比大增近三倍。其三，兆信股份作為國內最大的商品數據身份管理服務商，在資本市場亦表現不俗。今年5月，兆信股份（430073.OC）成功進入新三板創新層，預示進入A股從而提升流動性的預期升温。
此外，慧聰集團近年來佈局的垂直賽道也連續獲資本認可。旗下中模國際獲得國投物流與供應鏈基金千萬級投資並進入A股IPO準備期，並由申萬宏源擔任輔導券商；旗下家電世界（拿貨商城）獲得星邁黎亞集團的戰略入股；旗下上海棉聯也已獲得多家機構投資人的青睞。
如今，慧聰集團在整體融資環境更趨理性大背景下提早償還此前2018年的融資，完成支付共計4.5億人民幣的本息。背後的信號是慧聰集團管理層對合作夥伴良好的信用，也釋放出公司對未來發展的信心。在產業互聯網掘金時期，2021年慧聰集團（2280.HK）輕裝上陣，憑藉着深厚的產業積累，全面加速轉型升級。
