格隆匯 10 月 23日丨寶新能源(000690.SZ)公告,公司於2020年10月22日(星期四)召開第八屆董事會第十三次會議,審議通過了《關於2021年度繼續使用閒置自有資金進行證券投資的議案》。根據深交所有關規定,為進一步深入貫徹公司“產融結合、雙輪驅動”發展戰略,增強公司盈利能力,在不影響公司正常經營,控制投資風險的前提下,公司(含合併報表範圍內子公司)2021年度擬繼續使用不超過人民幣28億元的閒置自有資金進行證券投資。
