崩了！涪陵榨菜變“炸菜”，開盤跌停，2分鐘市值蒸發近39億，發生了什麼？

沒想到，一天崩一個，今天崩的是食品白馬股——涪陵榨菜，跌停了。網友調侃稱，突然泡麪裏的榨菜不香了。
10月23日，涪陵榨菜開盤快速封住跌停，截至收盤，股價報44.32元，跌停板上封單近3萬手，總市值349.84億元，開盤2分鐘，市值蒸發了近39億元。
涪陵榨菜是近年來市場公認的“消費大白馬”。
自2017年7月以來，其股價一直呈現波段走高態勢，從最初的10元附近一路漲至最高56.24元，3年多時間區間最大漲幅超過450%。
而在今天之前，涪陵榨菜最近一次觸碰跌停板，已經是8個多月前，2月3日了。
對於白馬股的閃崩，華南一家中小型公募基金經理表示，目前部分白馬股短期漲幅過高且估值處於歷史高位，市場弱勢下出現補跌是正常現象。關鍵是判斷未來上市公司的業績增長及確定性能否消化高估值。白馬閃崩核心還是標的短期資金過於“擁擠”對於未來預期過於樂觀，但經過一定調整後對於優質標的機會大於風險。
為什麼會跌停？
10月23日，涪陵榨菜開盤快速封住跌停。
盤後數據顯示，五機構席位合計賣出8859萬元，三機構買入7525萬元。
市場普遍認為，第三季度淨利潤低於預期或是市場反應的直接原因。
10月22日晚間，涪陵榨菜披露第三季度報告，公司1月-9月實現營業收入17.98億元，同比增長12.09%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6.14億元，同比增長18.47%。
第三季度，公司實現營業收入6.01億元，同比增長15.88%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.09億元，同比增長3.01%。
第三季度公司淨利潤增速有所減緩。財報顯示，2020年上半年，涪陵榨菜實現營業收入11.98億元，同比增長10.28％；淨利潤為4.04億元，同比增長28.44％。
值得注意的是，從資金流向看，最具代表性的北上資金，近來已經連續減持涪陵榨菜。
數據顯示，自9月9日以來，北向資金僅有5個交易日淨買入涪陵榨菜，其持有涪陵榨菜的比例則從8.18%一路下降至昨日收盤的6.54%。
有高管欲減持
涪陵榨菜同日晚間公告，公司近日收到董事趙平和監事會主席肖大波關於計劃減持股份的通知。其中，趙平擬減持不超過23萬股，佔公司總股本比例0.0291%；肖大波擬減持不超過50萬股，佔公司總股本比例0.0633%。
