黃河實業(00318.HK)增持CLAMAN GLOBAL權益至40.3% 代價以配股支付
黃河實業(00318.HK)公布,收購目標公司CLAMAN GLOBAL 17.8%權益,代價為1,568.93萬元,將根據一般授權以配發及發行3,488.5萬股代價股份支付,每股代價股份為0.45元,較昨日收市價折讓15.1%。
目標公司CLAMAN GLOBAL通過利用虛擬科技和其對商業業務流程的深入了解,為客戶提升商業價值並解決其業務問題。公司目前持有目標公司約22.5%的股權。完成後,公司將持有目標公司約40.3%的股權。
