中來股份(300393.SZ)：控股股東擬協議轉讓5.7%予姜堰道得 明起復牌
格隆匯 10 月 22日丨中來股份(300393.SZ)公佈，公司控股股東林建偉、張育政將通過協議轉讓的方式，將合計持有的公司約4433.67萬股無限售流通股(佔公司總股本的5.70%，佔公司扣除回購專用證券賬户股數後股份總額的5.70%)轉讓給泰州姜堰道得新材料股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“姜堰道得”)，同時林建偉將自股東大會通過此次發行之日起將其持有公司股份合計1.01億股(占上市公司總股本的13.00%)的表決權不可撤銷的委託至姜堰道得行使。
此次協議轉讓股份以及表決權委託前，林建偉、張育政合計持有公司股份3.05億股，佔公司總股本的39.15%，佔公司扣除回購專用證券賬户股數後股份總額的39.16%；持有有表決權的股份3.05億股，佔公司總股本的39.15%，佔公司扣除回購專用證券賬户股數後股份總額的39.16%。協議轉讓以及表決權委託完成後，林建偉、張育政合計持有公司股份2.6億股，佔公司總股份的33.46%，佔公司扣除回購專用證券賬户股數後股份總額的33.46%；持有有表決權的股份1.59億股，佔公司總股本的20.46%，佔公司扣除回購專用證券賬户股數後股份總額的20.46%。
此次協議轉讓股份以及表決權委託事項，不會導致公司控股股東、實際控制人發生變化。
此次轉讓及表決權委託前，姜堰道得未持有公司股份，也不存在擁有公司股份表決權的情形。協議轉讓以及表決權委託完成後，姜堰道得將持有公司股份4433.67萬股，佔公司總股本的5.70%，佔公司扣除回購專用證券賬户股數後股份總額的5.70%；持有有表決權的股份1.46億股，佔公司總股本的18.70%，佔公司扣除回購專用證券賬户股數後股份總額的18.70%，為公司持股5%以上股東。
經向深圳證券交易所申請，公司股票自2020年10月23日(星期五)上午開市起復牌。
