安東油田服務(03337.HK)：第三季度新增訂單約10.77億元，同比減少7.5%
格隆匯 10 月 22日丨安東油田服務(03337.HK)公佈，三季度，中國境內維持高效的疫情防控，雖季度內在新疆等地出現局部小範圍反彈，但在隨後通過當地政府的迅速反應及嚴格管控，得到了快速、有效控制。中國經濟基本擺脱疫情影響，呈快速復甦趨勢。海外，集團主要業務市場伊拉克在疫情逐步受控的情況下已逐步恢復商務航班，重要商務活動重啟，項目招投標開始趨於活躍，但全球範圍內的疫情防控形勢仍不容樂觀，全球經濟增長及原油價格在此形勢下仍然承壓。季度內，集團一方面繼續進行嚴格的疫情防控，確保境內外員工的絕對安全，同時，積極關注市場項目機會，爭取優質訂單。
第三季度，集團新增訂單約人民幣10.774億元，相較去年同期減少7.5%，其中，中國市場新增訂單約人民幣6.573億元，相較去年同期增加30.0%；伊拉克市場新增訂單約人民幣3.503億元，相較去年同期增加135.4%；其他海外市場新增訂單約人民幣6980萬元，相較去年同期減少86.3%。
截止2020年9月30日，集團在手訂單約人民幣51.650億元。其中，中國市場在手訂單約人民幣22.186億元，佔集團在手訂單總量約43.0%，伊拉克市場在手訂單約人民幣24.610億元，佔集團在手訂單總量約47.6%，其他市場在手訂單約人民幣4.854億元，佔集團在手訂單總量約9.4%。
2020年第四季度運營展望
市場方面，中國市場，集團將繼續緊跟國家能源安全戰略下的油氣開發市場機遇，以天然氣市場和非常規能源市場為重點，繼續發揮技術優勢，爭取優質訂單。新疆市場，集團將繼續緊跟客户需求，爭取高技術含量的常規天然氣項目；西南市場，集團將加大力度推廣精準工程服務，圍繞甜點技術爭取更多高附加值訂單；其他市場，集團將繼續以現金流為爭取新訂單的核心指標，尋求優質項目機會。
海外，伊拉克市場，集團將緊抓市場逐步復甦的機會，在全市場積極推廣地質工程相結合的服務模式，精準解決客户需求，爭取更多的市場份額，同時充分發揮油田管理服務項目的成功經驗，爭取更多油田管理服務項目的市場機會。其他海外市場，集團將在嚴格把控市場風險的前提下，積極開拓新市場，爭取新的項目訂單。
作業方面，中國市場，集團將在嚴格防疫的基礎上快速推進項目施工，嚴抓項目質量，全力保障2020年全年業務的平穩收尾；海外市場，除保障伊拉克及乍得市場的油田管理項目的持續平穩運行外，隨着商務活動的逐步恢復，部分受疫情影響而延遲施工的項目將會於四季度重啟，集團已有序安排人員動遷，做好項目開工準備。
