都市麗人(02298.HK)：2021年春夏訂貨會的加盟商訂單金額同比增逾30%
格隆匯 10 月 22日丨都市麗人(02298.HK)公佈最新業務發展：
2021年春夏訂貨會
a)對於2021年春夏季度新產品，集團的加盟商給予一致好評。2021年春夏訂貨會的加盟商訂單金額同比2020年春夏訂貨會的訂單金額增幅超過30%，當中塑身內衣、家居服及男士內衣均呈現高速增長；及
b)訂貨會上現有的和新的加盟商對集團的前景樂觀，並申請開設約三百家新店。預期這些新店在未來半年的時間內開出。
零售管道發展
雖然於2020上半年受到2019年冠狀病毒病和零售行業疲弱的負面影響：a)集團的加盟商已經逐漸恢復信心發展市場。於2020年第三季度，新開設加盟店數量約一百三十家，並預期在2020年年底前會開設約一百五十家；及
b)集團在2020年第三季度於重點城市的重要商圈開設和翻新了共三十二間第七代新形象自營店及五間以「家庭生活理念」為主題的購物中心門店。多家在2020年新開的門店均達到銷售目標。
智慧零售
a)2020年第三季度的線上銷售走勢強勁，增長約35%。通過跟各個主要平台，包括阿里巴巴(例如犀牛智造)、京東及唯品會的緊密合作，預期二零二零年下半年度本集團的線上銷售會繼續有良好的增長；
b)在2020年八月份及九月份，合共進行了三場直播，推動新產品銷售，總共創造了約人民幣3500萬的銷售；及
c)在2020年第四季度開始，集團會跟中國有贊有限公司聯手，一起推動加盟商的騰訊小程式業務。這將加強加盟商與集團會員的互動，為加盟商帶來更多銷售機會。
新產品
2020年秋冬季度的產品獲得市場正面評價，產品售罄率在2020年第三季度較2019年秋冬季度的產品於2019年同期提高五個百分點。
同店可比銷售表現
線下實體店銷售持續從2019年冠狀病毒病和國內經濟放緩的影響中恢復。2020年上半年同店可比下跌約30%，第三季度逐步改善，而2020年九月中旬開始同店可比轉正，十月上旬更是出現高單位數同店可比增長，預期改善的勢頭在2020年第四季度可以持續。
歐迪芬品牌營運表現
集團中高檔品牌歐迪芬的產品在2020年第三季度銷售同比增長約11%，而2020年十月上旬歐迪芬品牌的產品之銷售同比的增長更改善至約25%。
