元隆雅圖(002878.SZ)及子公司和深圳鴻逸與環球影畫簽訂環球電影系列IP許可協議書
格隆匯 10 月 22日丨元隆雅圖(002878.SZ)公佈，近日，公司以及公司全資子公司上海祥雅文化傳播有限公司(“上海祥雅”)和深圳鴻逸科技發展有限公司(“深圳鴻逸”)與環球影畫(上海)商貿有限公司(“環球影畫”)就環球影畫多個電影系列IP合作開發事宜簽訂了《環球電影系列IP許可協議書》(“協議書”)。
許可內容包括：環球系列電影圖庫中描繪的環球“怪物史瑞克電影系列”、“馬達加斯加電影系列”、“功夫熊貓電影系列”、“馴龍高手電影系列”和“魔發精靈電影系列”；《功夫熊貓》電影系列、《馬達加斯加》電影系列、《馬達加斯加的企鵝》、《馬達加斯加的企鵝》動畫劇集。許可使用以上電影、劇集系列的名稱和標誌、劇情、主題、角色、角色形象以及設計元素等。許可期限為：2020年10月1日起，至2025年12月31日止。
環球電影系列IP許可協議如下：
1、協議內容：
被許可方將通過和環球影畫的拓展合作，將被許可範圍內的IP落地，用於家用紡織品、家居用品、傢俱、電器、家裝飾品、玩具、文具等多個品類產品，並將產品全線投入到禮贈品和積分兑換通道。
2、協議履行期限
環球電影系列產品營銷期限不早於2020年10月1日，不超過2025年12月31日。
3、交易價格
IP應用領域為家電、家裝飾品類產品，權益金費率按發票淨額的百分之十(10%)計算，其他應用領域按發票淨額的百分之十三(13%)計算。
消費升級過程中，消費者對產品文化內涵的需求不斷提升，知名IP在市場營銷場景中的應用越來越多。近年來，公司制定並實施IP戰略，曾簽約HelloKitty、哆啦A夢、NBA、ELLE等知名品牌，有效助力公司獲取業務訂單、提高毛利率，助力客户提升營銷效果。此次簽約環球影畫所屬多部全球知名電影IP，進一步豐富並升級了公司的IP資源。此次簽約的IP在母嬰、快消和銀行等行業客户促銷和積分平台兑換、禮品批發渠道客户合作等方面具有良好的應用前景，也有利於公司開拓新客户，擴大公司在細分行業的領先優勢。美國環球影城在北京建設運營的北京環球度假區將於2021年投入使用，功夫熊貓等IP形象有機會藉助這一大型樂園和綜合旅遊度假區形成更大的品牌影響力。
