中遠海發(601866.SH)擬與中遠海特開展多用途紙漿船業務合作
格隆匯 10 月 21日丨中遠海發(601866.SH)公佈，公司擬購入10艘62,000載重噸多用途紙漿船，並以經營性租賃方式出租給中遠海運特種運輸股份有限公司(“中遠海特”)經營。
其中，2艘在建船舶將由公司境外間接全資子公司Oriental FleetPulp 01 Limited(“東方富利Pulp01”)通過轉讓合同權利義務的方式，從中遠海特的全資子公司中遠航運(香港)投資發展有限公司(“中遠航運香港投資”)購入(“此次購船交易”；8艘新造船舶將在中遠海特及其子公司終止原有造船合同後，由中遠海發的全資子公司重新向大連中遠海運重工有限公司(“大連重工”)訂造，具體而言，4艘新造五星旗船舶將由公司新設立的全資子公司海南中遠海運發展有限公司(“中遠海發海南”)向大連重工訂造，4艘新造方便旗船舶將由東方富利Pulp01向大連重工訂造(上述訂造8艘新船交易“此次造船交易”，並與“此次購船交易”合稱“此次交易”)。

通過此次交易，中遠海發充分利用了集團內專業公司多年來積累的船型選擇與優化經驗，以相對合理的價格獲得符合市場實際運營需求的船舶，促進了中遠海發的船隊結構的多元化和現代化。此次交易項下標的船舶，在建造完成後將以經營性期租的模式租賃給中遠海特經營使用。通過與中遠海特簽署期租租約，中遠海發可保障自身的長期穩定收益。通過此次交易，中遠海發可進一步體現公司產融結合理念，為中遠海運集團運輸主業賦能的重要作用，同時鞏固公司在集團各產業集羣中的戰略地位。
