格隆匯 10 月 21日丨小商品城(600415.SH)公佈，公司於 2020 年 3 月投資設立了全資子公司義烏中國小商品城大數據有限公司(“大數據公司”)。
大數據公司自成立以來，致力於推進義烏中國小商品城市場信息化建設，打造全場景數字化的義烏中國小商品城綜合交易服務門户平台。大數據公司於2020年4月15日上線測試義烏市場官方網站“義烏小商品城”平台，官方網址www.chinagoods.com(“chinagoods平台”或“平台”)。chinagoods平台於2020年10月21日正式上線。
chinagoods平台依託公司市場7.5萬家實體商鋪資源，服務產業鏈上游200萬家中小微企業，以貿易數據整合為核心驅動，對接供需雙方在生產製造、展示交易、倉儲物流、金融信貸、市場管理等環節的需求，實現市場資源有效、精準配置，構建真實、開放、融合的數字化貿易綜合服務平台。
公司計劃通過三年的努力，chinagoods平台全鏈路、全場景、數字化的市場貿易生態圈基本成型，平台用户體驗良好、內外貿渠道暢通、運營推廣機制健全，擁有一批忠實的客户羣體。
chinagoods平台作為公司數字化轉型的重要舉措，是公司在貿易數字化、信息技術變革的大潮中轉型升級、開拓發展的重要抓手，是公司線上-線下市場融合並進的標誌。chinagoods平台將義烏市場線上-線下無縫對接、協同發展落到實處，產生實效，讓貿易更簡單，讓貿易成本更低，讓商户獲取更多的訂單，讓義烏市場更具競爭力和發展活力。
chinagoods平台的正式上線對公司本年度利潤不構成重大影響。截至目前，chinagoods平台仍處於前期研發投入及市場推廣階段，伴隨平台前期開發、測試，公司短期內平台開發及硬件投入較大，人力支出較高，隨着公司業務規模持續增長，市場開拓成本較大，敬請投資者注意投資風險。
