沃特股份(002886.SZ)擬變更註冊資本及增加經營範圍
格隆匯 10 月 21日丨沃特股份(002886.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年10月21日召開第三屆董事會第二十六次會議，審議通過了《關於變更註冊資本、增加經營範圍並修訂公司章程的議案》同意公司變更註冊資本、增加經營範圍並授權經營層辦理工商登記等相關事宜，同時對應對《公司章程》的相關內容進行修訂，具體情況如下：
經中國證券監督管理委員會《關於核准深圳市沃特新材料股份有限公司非公開發行股票的批覆》(證監許可【2020】1668號)核准，公司已完成非公開發行A股股票相關工作。此次非公開發行新增股份14,441,297股已於2020年10月20日在深圳證券交易所上市，公司總股本由118,837,250股變更為133,278,547股，註冊資本由118,837,250元變更為133,278,547元。
根據公司經營發展需要，公司擬增加經營範圍，具體情況如下：
變更前：新型工程塑料、高性能複合材料，碳材料複合材料(含碳纖維、碳納米管、石墨烯或其他碳材料)、芳綸複合材料、特種纖維材料、樹脂基複合材料、環保材料及其它相關材料的技術開發及國內貿易(不含專營、專控、專賣商品)；設備租賃(不配備操作人員的機械設備租賃、不包括金融租賃活動)；經濟信息諮詢(不含限制項目)；經營進出口業務(法律、行政法規、國務院決定禁止的項目除外，限制的項目須取得許可後方可經營)。許可經營項目是：新型工程塑料、高性能複合材料，碳材料複合材料(含碳纖維、碳納米管、石墨烯或其他碳材料)、芳綸複合材料、特種纖維材料、樹脂基複合材料、環保材料及其它相關材料的加工、生產。
變更後：新型工程塑料、高性能複合材料，碳材料複合材料(含碳纖維、碳納米管、石墨烯或其他碳材料)、芳綸複合材料、特種纖維材料、樹脂基複合材料、環保材料及其它相關材料的技術開發及國內貿易(不含專營、專控、專賣商品)；設備租賃(不配備操作人員的機械設備租賃、不包括金融租賃活動)；經濟信息諮詢(不含限制項目)；經營進出口業務(法律、行政法規、國務院決定禁止的項目除外，限制的項目須取得許可後方可經營)。許可經營項目是：新型工程塑料、高性能複合材料，碳材料複合材料(含碳纖維、碳納米管、石墨烯或其他碳材料)、芳綸複合材料、特種纖維材料、樹脂基複合材料、環保材料及其它相關材料的加工、生產。租賃和商務服務業。
