人行行长易纲:截至9月末已实现让利超过1.1万亿人币
中国人民银行行长易纲在2020金融街论坛上表示,稳健的货币政策取得积极成效,货币信贷和社会融资规模合理增长,有力支持经济稳步恢复。
二季度以来,中国经济逐月复苏,9月CPI按年涨幅为1.7%。金融管理部门通过深化贷款市场报价利率(LPR)改革促进降低贷款利率、实施两项直达货币政策工具、减少收费等方式,推动金融部门向实体经济让利。据估算,截至9月末,已实现让利超过1.1万亿元人民币。预计随着各项政策措施效果进一步体现,全年可实现让利1.5万亿元人民币目标。
