新時達(002527.SZ):向控股子公司德國新時達增資完成
格隆匯10月21日丨新時達(002527.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年4月2日召開了第四屆董事會第二十七次會議,審議通過了《關於向控股子公司德國新時達電氣有限公司增資的議案》,公司以貨幣資金方式向控股子公司德國新時達增資250萬歐元。
增資後,公司持有德國新時達的股權比例由96.4138%調整為98.0741%,德國新時達註冊資本由290萬歐元增至540萬歐元。
公司於近日收到通知,德國新時達已完成增資手續並已在德國特勞恩施坦市(Traunstein)地方法院完成工商登記。
