港股异动丨多重利好叠加 敏华控股(1999.HK)升超5%
格隆汇10月21日丨敏华控股(1999.HK)高开上涨,现报11.28港元,涨5.62%,暂成交3965万港元,总市值429亿港元。敏华控股日前公告,拟1.2亿美元收购两家新加坡公司(HTL Capital Pte. Ltd.及HTL Manufacturing Pte. Ltd.)全部股份,此举对其发展起到积极作用。另外,日前公司与首都机场贵宾公司达成战略合作,共同打造更高品质机场出行服务场景。瑞银曾料下半年盈利情况回升 ,重申敏华控股买入评级,目标价13.5港元。予公司21/22财年盈利预测提升19%/26%,主要考虑三个关键驱动因素(即沙发需求,躺椅需求,敏华的市场份额) 对其国内沙发业务的需求都会提供有力支持。
