国泰(00293.HK)指明年所有员工冻薪高层减薪 并推第三轮休假安排
国泰(00293.HK)公布,公司将於2021年全年继续实施现行的高级管理层减薪安排,并於明年上半年向非机组人员员工推出第三轮自愿性特别休假计划。
公司指,所有员工於2021年将不获加薪,亦不会获发2020年度的酌情年终奖金。
公司今日公布,会削减约8,500个职位,透过冻结招聘,加上自然人手流失,已将实际削减的员工减少至约5,900个,会为受影响的员工提供远高於法定要求的离职方案。公司亦会延长医疗福利及员工机票优惠的期限,并提供辅导和工作过渡支援服务。有关的遣散费将不会以退休金供款作对冲。
