國泰(00293.HK)指明年所有員工凍薪高層減薪 並推第三輪休假安排
國泰(00293.HK)公布,公司將於2021年全年繼續實施現行的高級管理層減薪安排,並於明年上半年向非機組人員員工推出第三輪自願性特別休假計劃。
公司指,所有員工於2021年將不獲加薪,亦不會獲發2020年度的酌情年終獎金。
公司今日公布,會削減約8,500個職位,透過凍結招聘,加上自然人手流失,已將實際削減的員工減少至約5,900個,會為受影響的員工提供遠高於法定要求的離職方案。公司亦會延長醫療福利及員工機票優惠的期限,並提供輔導和工作過渡支援服務。有關的遣散費將不會以退休金供款作對沖。
