美国司法部起诉谷歌垄断 Alphabet股价仍升1.4%
据外媒报道,美国司法部起诉Alphabet(GOOGL.US)旗下谷歌非法利用市场地位来压制竞争对手,以保持垄断优势,有可能导致谷歌需要分拆业务,预计诉讼将长达数年。除美国司法部外,11个州份亦参与今次起诉。诉讼指,如果没有法院介入,谷歌将继续利用在搜寻引擎及广告搜寻的市场地位来削弱竞争、减少消费者的选择及扼杀市场创新。
司法部官员未有直接回应会否寻求将谷歌分拆或其他补救措施,仅称待法官审阅所有证据後,会由法院作出定断。
谷歌回应指今次指控存在严重缺失,称用户之所以选择使用谷歌,并不是因为他们被迫或找不到其他替代品。
不过今次消息似乎未有对Alphabet股价带来影响,隔夜仍上涨1.4%至1,551.08美元。
