寧波富達(600724.SH)：科環公司擬2.58億元建設“寧波科環年產200萬噸水泥粉磨系統搬遷項目”
格隆匯 10 月 20日丨寧波富達(600724.SH)公佈，2019年，根據浙江省環境保護督察寧波市整改工作協調小組向寧波市發改委下發《關於進一步做好省環境督察整改方案(問題編號二十一)修改完善工作的緊急通知》(【2019】9號)，要求按省“大氣十條”的要求，對寧波科環新型建材股份有限公司(“寧波科環或科環公司”)實施關停搬遷問題整改。發改委通知明確的整改方案為：寧波科環2020年底原廠區關停、水泥粉磨系統搬遷。
按照寧波市發改委明確的整改方案，經科環公司董事會、股東大會和公司十屆三次董事會審議通過，科環公司擬投資約2.58億元建設“寧波科環年產200萬噸水泥粉磨系統搬遷項目”，項目的實施在落實“六穩六保”、儘可能的進行員工安置、維護社會穩定等方面有積極的社會效益；同時項目的實施也為了公司實現市場及品牌傳承、保障重大合同履約、推進戰略發展、實施產業拓展基地建設等方面的需要。
設計規模：年產200萬噸水泥，其中P.O42.5普硅水泥170萬噸、M32.5砌築水泥30萬噸；投資規模：固定資產靜態總投資為約2.31億元，建設期利息365.33萬元，流動資金為2313.83萬元，合計項目總投資為約2.58億元，其中：科環公司擬以收購寧波甬舜建材科技有限公司100%股權的方式，獲得中意寧波生態園的建設用地71畝，用於實施“寧波科環年產200萬噸水泥粉磨系統搬遷項目”，預計實際支出金額4,600萬元，已包含在項目投資總額中。效益預測：銷售價格按可研謹慎估價測算，預計營業收入8.057億元/年，利潤1602萬元/年，全投資税後靜態回收期為12.38年，項目建設期12個月。
投資建設該項目，對公司未來財務狀況和經營成果的影響：科環公司的項目建成後，銷售價格按可研謹慎估價測算，預計營業收入8.057億元/年，利潤1602萬元/年，公司持有寧波科環52%的股權。
