*ST德豪(002005.SZ)擬關停LED顯示屏業務
格隆匯 10 月 19日丨*ST德豪(002005.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年10月16日召開了第六屆董事會第二十四次會議，審議通過了《關於關停LED顯示屏業務的議案》。
公司於2009年切入LED行業，LED顯示屏業務的佈局亦從當年開始。2010年，公司完成對深圳市鋭拓顯示技術有限公司(“深圳鋭拓”)的股權收購，2013年，廣東德豪鋭拓顯示技術有限公司(“廣東鋭拓”)成立，公司正式全面切入LED顯示屏行業。
最近兩年，國內LED顯示屏行業的市場環境發生巨大的變化，一方面顯示屏入行門檻較低，企業數量眾多，大廠依靠規模優勢擠壓小廠，小廠為了生存，想方設法降低成本，行業競爭激烈。另一方面，中美貿易戰的持續，疊加新冠疫情的影響，2020年開始宏觀經濟環境中不確定因素激增，市場需求大幅度減少。
面對LED顯示屏行業需求的萎縮和市場混亂，行業本身還受到傳統顯示行業一線品牌渠道佈局的持續衝擊，公司的LED顯示屏產品雖然具有一定的知名度，但產品市場佔有率不高，公司LED顯示屏業務的經營情況並不理想。
基於LED顯示屏行業窘境短期內難以緩解，再加上中美貿易戰、新冠疫情等不良因素的影響，公司LED顯示屏業務，特別是銷售佔比較大的海外顯示屏業務持續下滑，行業預期非常不樂觀；另一方面LED顯示屏業務近兩年來持續虧損，規模貢獻價值低，LED顯示屏業務無法與公司整體戰略規劃和運營業績的要求相匹配。為減少虧損，整合好上市公司業務，優化業務和資產結構，確保上市公司後續健康運作，維護全體股東的合法權益，結合2020年的經營情況，擬決定關停LED顯示屏業務。
截止2020年6月30日，擬關停的LED顯示屏業務營業收入分別佔公司2019年、2020年上半年營業收入的4.91%、2.97%；淨利潤分別佔公司2019年、2020上半年淨利潤的-9.75%，4.32%。LED顯示屏業務關停不會對公司其他生產經營活動造成實質性重大影響。
關停LED顯示屏業務短期內會產生員工清退支出、存貨、資產處理的潛在損失。公司將成立關停處置小組，將對相關人員進行妥善安置，對相關資產進行出售或出租，與此同時，做好債權債務的梳理和後續跟蹤，確保關停事宜穩步推進。從長期來看，有利於降低公司整體的經營業績壓力，減少公司的經營性虧損，確保公司健康運作，有利於公司的資產整合和後續規劃的整體推進。
