牧原股份(002714.SZ)擬增加屠宰銷售模式
格隆匯 10 月 19日丨牧原股份(002714.SZ)公佈，為順應未來由“調豬”轉向“調肉”的行業趨勢，更好的為客户與股東創造價值，公司分別在河南省內鄉縣、正陽縣、商水縣等地啟動屠宰廠項目。根據目前建設進度，為了適應新業務的結算需求，公司2020年10月19日召開的第三屆董事會第三十次會議審議通過了《關於增加屠宰銷售模式的議案》，具體情況如下：
一、預收款銷售模式
1、送貨上門方式
①客户訂單：客户根據自己的需求向銷售部提交訂單。②確認訂單：銷售部根據生產計劃和庫存情況向客户確認訂單。③收款：客户根據確認的訂單預付貨款。④申請發貨：銷售部確認收到貨款後向倉儲申請發貨。⑤發貨：倉儲根據確認的訂單進行發貨。⑥運輸：物流按規劃路線將產品運輸至客户，客户簽收確認；司機確認發貨完畢並上傳簽收單。⑦開具發票：財務部根據簽收單開具發票。
2、客户自提
①客户訂單：客户根據自己的需求向銷售部提交訂單。②確認訂單：銷售部根據生產計劃和庫存情況向客户確認訂單。③收款：客户根據確認的訂單預付貨款。④申請發貨：銷售部確認收到貨款後向倉儲申請發貨。⑤配貨：倉儲根據確認的訂單進行配貨。⑥開具發票：財務部根據簽收單開具發票。
二、賬期銷售模式
1、送貨上門方式
①客户訂單：客户根據自己的需求向銷售部提交訂單。②確認訂單：銷售部根據生產計劃和庫存情況向客户確認訂單。③申請發貨：銷售部根據確認的訂單向倉儲申請發貨。④發貨：倉儲根據確認的訂單進行發貨。⑤運輸：物流按規劃路線將產品運輸至客户，客户簽收確認；司機確認發貨完畢並上傳簽收單。⑥開具發票：財務部根據簽收單開具發票。⑦客户付款：客户在信用期內結算貨款。
