道明光學(002632.SZ)：擬出資4880萬元投建年產100萬平方米石墨烯膜生產線
格隆匯 10 月 19日丨道明光學(002632.SZ)公佈，隨着手機、平板電腦、筆記本電腦及智能電視等電子產品輕薄化、多功能化及無線充電、5G時代信號傳輸更快速高效的要求，解決電子元器件的散熱問題成為電子產品性能提升的關鍵因素。石墨烯薄膜作為一種具有熱傳導性優異、高柔韌、質輕等特性的薄膜材料，已經成為5G時代終端消費電子產品、移動設備、可穿戴設備、柔性顯示屏等許多領域的關鍵材料，並越來越多的作為導熱材料應用於智能通信終端。
為滿足日益增長的市場需求，更進一步深化公司在消費電子領域的發展，公司成立全資子公司浙江道明超導科技有限公司使用自有資金4880萬元在永康廠區新增建設年產100萬平方米石墨烯膜生產線項目，最終投入以實際投資為準。本次投資建設新項目的投資金額在董事長的審議權益範圍內，無需提交董事會審議。
投資項目具體情況：
項目名稱：年產100萬平方米石墨烯膜生產線
項目建設地點：永康市象珠鎮象珠工業區3號迎賓大道1號
項目建設內容：年產100萬平石墨烯膜生產項目將由道明超導科技作為項目實施主體。項目計劃投資4,880萬元，其中固定資產投資4205萬元，流動資金675萬元，總用地面積20,026.01平方米。引進塗布機、疊片機、平壓機備等先進設備，項目建成後形成年產100萬平方米石墨烯膜的能力。
項目總投資規劃為4880萬元，利用公司現有廠房進行技改建設，其中，設備購置投資3955萬元，安裝費50萬，建設工程及其他費用100萬元，預備費為100萬元，流動資金675萬。資金將按項目實施進度分期投入。項目建設期12個月(2020年10月-2021年10月)，2021年4月開始逐步投產,預計項目建設後一年後達產，形成年產100萬平方米石墨烯膜的能力，完全達產實現銷售後年新增營業收入4億元(含税)，利税總額10711萬元。
