陈茂波:大湾区提供庞大市场 香港能发挥重要角色
财政司司长陈茂波发表网志,指内地是全球第二大经济体,拥有着持续壮大的中产阶层,且迅速有效管控新冠肺炎疫情让经济重拾动力,庞大的内地市场加上在更高水平上继续对外双向开放,将为香港经济的恢复和增长提供庞大机遇。
他表示,粤港澳大湾区将提供多元且发展迅速的庞大市场,香港和湾区内的兄弟城市都能发挥重要的角色,推动整个湾区的全方位蓬勃发展。既可以为金融、创科、高端服务业和先进制造业提供更完备、更广阔的发展空间,并对香港未来的发展仍然充满信心。
陈茂波又提到,中美关系持续紧张,并牵引国际政经格局发生深刻变化,但国家对改革开放的坚持却一直非常稳定,并确定以国内及国际双循环相互促进的新格局来推动经济发展。在面向国际市场的外循环部份,一国两制的制度和一直拥有的包括简单低税制、资金和各项生产要素自由进出、法治精神、司法独立等优势,可望令香港的门户、枢纽和优质平台的角色,发挥更关键和积极的作用。
