财库局许正宇:拟重提企业拯救程序立法
财经事务及库务局局长许正宇在网志中表示,将在即将复会的立法会上提交多条法案,期望通过相关法案设立法定企业拯救程序、提供有针对性的税务宽免以拓展资产管理业务,以及强化市场基建,推动证券市场无纸化及建立积金易平台。
他指出,目前香港没有法定的企业拯救程序,因此希望引入法定企业拯救程序,让独立第三方专业人士在期限内监管公司,尝试制定企业拯救方案。
至於有针对性的税务宽免,将为在香港营运的私募基金所分发的附带权益,以吸引更多私募基金在港营运,冀为香港经济发展注入新动力。
