津上机床中国(01651.HK)发盈喜,预期至9月底止中期盈利录按年增长约50%,主因前期被压制的市场需求反弹、3C(计算机、通讯及消费性电子产品)、工程机械、自动化等行业需求的增长,以及短交期订单的增长导致集团生产的数控高精密机床需求量增加。
公司指,因市场趋势不明朗,特别是受冠状病毒疫情影响,海外市场持续低迷,未来的业绩会否持续增长仍存在不确定性。董事会认为机床行业的表现时有周期性的起伏变化,上述财务业绩的变化幅度在公司的预料范围之内。
在市场环境不佳的背景下,公司考虑到股东的利益,会竭力保持稳定的派息政策。
