中國科技產業(08111.HK)早前認購4,000萬人幣理財產品 未全面遵守GEM上市規則
中國科技產業(08111.HK)公布,全資附屬哈密東科於9月30日至10月8日認購4,000萬元人民幣(下同)理財產品,預期年化收益率2.3%。公司表示,已於10月9日贖回認購事項,並收到全部本金金額連同利息22,685元。
公司稱,於進行認購事項之相關時間未就取得股東批准刊發公佈及通函,導致未全面遵守GEM上市規則項下之通告、公佈及股東批准規定,公司對此表示遺憾。公司謹此致歉。公司將召開股東特別大會以考慮並酌情追認及批准認購事項。
