阿里(09988.HK)有份投资之易果生鲜申请破产重组
内媒《21世纪经济报道》报道,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)有份投资的生鲜电商平台易果生鲜,现正申请破产重组。易果生鲜行政总裁张晔昨日(15日)接受采访时证实,公司已经进入破产重整,正在重组过程中,目前已有确定的重组方,但没有透露更多具体细节。
据企查查数据显示,易果生鲜、云象供应链和安鲜达已於7月30日进入自愿破产重组。
资料显示,易果生鲜成立於2007年,为致力於向都市中高端家庭提供生鲜食材的生鲜电商。淘宝(中国)软件为其大股东,持股16.56%,张晔为第二大股东,持股13.94%。
