美國地方法官:不傾向改變暫緩執行禁止下載微信及TikTok禁令的決定
據《彭博通訊社》報道,美國司法部上周向聯邦上訴法院,就地方法院法官的決定暫緩執行禁止下載TikTok及微信禁令的決定上訴,出席聽證會的地方法官比勒(Laurel Beeler)表示不傾向撤銷決定,她認為美國司法部文件不會改變其自身看法認為這些禁令將侵犯數以百萬計依賴該應用的華裔美國人的言論自由權。
就美國白宮9月底以國家安全為由要求限制民眾下載或TikTok,美國有地方法院法官上月底提出暫緩執行要求應用程式平台禁止提供微信下載的行政命令。
