夢網集團(002123.SZ)：下屬子公司與中興通訊簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯 10 月 15日丨夢網集團(002123.SZ)公佈，公司下屬子公司深圳市夢網科技發展有限公司(“夢網科技”)近日與中興通訊股份有限公司(“中興通訊”)簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》，雙方本着“共同發展，合作共贏”的原則，同意充分發揮各自領域的人才、技術及市場等資源優勢，進行廣泛戰略合作，建立戰略合作伙伴關係。雙方同意將對方作為5G消息戰略發展合作伙伴，進行戰略合作。
1、雙方共同探索5G消息，在整體解決方案、試點示範、市場拓展、項目推進、實施交付、運營服務等層面進行全面合作。
2、雙方約定，利用中興通訊在5G消息平台等技術、產品方面的優勢，夢網科技在企業雲通訊服務的優勢，共同研究探索基於5G消息的業務應用場景、方案研究及相關標準、課題的申報等方面進行深度合作，加快5G消息應用的研發和商業化進程，共同打造5G消息行業應用示範。
3、中興通訊利用自身的5G消息Openlab開放實驗室，為中興通訊和合作夥伴的前瞻性應用研究提供測試環境。
4、雙方約定，加強品牌方面的合作。作為合作伙伴，雙方在實驗局演示、峯會、展會等品牌活動中互相支持；雙方在對外宣傳合作成果時需經過對方審核，並帶上對方品牌。
隨着運營商5G消息系統大規模集採並陸續公告，5G消息有望在年內實現商用，5G消息為企業和個人用户之間搭建了信息交互的新形態和新入口，其所提供的輕量級應用整合了現有各式App的功能。5G消息的突出特點和優勢為其提供了廣闊的想象空間，其市場前景也受到廣泛青睞，而5G信息的健康發展需要完整的生態鏈，其中包括運營商，平台供應商，終端供應商，創新服務提供商和行業客户。
