梦网集团(002123.SZ)：下属子公司与中兴通讯签署战略合作框架协议
格隆汇 10 月 15日丨梦网集团(002123.SZ)公布，公司下属子公司深圳市梦网科技发展有限公司(“梦网科技”)近日与中兴通讯股份有限公司(“中兴通讯”)签署了《战略合作框架协议》，双方本着“共同发展，合作共赢”的原则，同意充分发挥各自领域的人才、技术及市场等资源优势，进行广泛战略合作，建立战略合作伙伴关系。双方同意将对方作为5G消息战略发展合作伙伴，进行战略合作。
1、双方共同探索5G消息，在整体解决方案、试点示范、市场拓展、项目推进、实施交付、运营服务等层面进行全面合作。
2、双方约定，利用中兴通讯在5G消息平台等技术、产品方面的优势，梦网科技在企业云通讯服务的优势，共同研究探索基于5G消息的业务应用场景、方案研究及相关标准、课题的申报等方面进行深度合作，加快5G消息应用的研发和商业化进程，共同打造5G消息行业应用示范。
3、中兴通讯利用自身的5G消息Openlab开放实验室，为中兴通讯和合作伙伴的前瞻性应用研究提供测试环境。
4、双方约定，加强品牌方面的合作。作为合作伙伴，双方在实验局演示、峰会、展会等品牌活动中互相支持；双方在对外宣传合作成果时需经过对方审核，并带上对方品牌。
随着运营商5G消息系统大规模集采并陆续公告，5G消息有望在年内实现商用，5G消息为企业和个人用户之间搭建了信息交互的新形态和新入口，其所提供的轻量级应用整合了现有各式App的功能。5G消息的突出特点和优势为其提供了广阔的想象空间，其市场前景也受到广泛青睐，而5G信息的健康发展需要完整的生态链，其中包括运营商，平台供应商，终端供应商，创新服务提供商和行业客户。
