青島中程(300208.SZ)：菲律賓光伏項目最終併網發電進行結算並能夠回款的時間存不確定性
格隆匯 10 月 15日丨青島中程(300208.SZ)對深圳證券交易所《關注函》回覆稱，2020年9月10日至10月12日，公司股價累計漲幅為118.59%，同期創業板綜指累計漲幅為6.42%，偏離值為112.17%，公司所屬的電氣設備板塊累計漲幅為14.04%，偏離值為104.55%，公司偏離指數幅度較大。截至2020年10月12日，公司滾動市盈率為-63.37倍，公司所屬的電氣設備板塊滾動市盈率為25.67倍。
公司2020年前三季度的營業收入為5.44億元，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-1520萬元；第三季度的收入為1.8億元，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-4400萬元。2020年前三季度的經營情況處於虧損狀態。公司近期股價大幅上漲與公司前三季度的經營業績及公司目前的基本面情況不匹配,敬請投資者充分注意風險。
公司收購的PT. Madani Sejahtera公司鎳礦(公司持有95％的股權)及PT.Bumi Morowali Utama公司鎳礦(公司持有80％的收益權)，對應的無形資產價值分別為4906萬元及5992.94萬元。除2016年內公司對PT.Bumi Morowali Utama的鎳礦進行少量開採外，近四年來，因公司青島印尼綜合產業園內投資方的RKEF鎳鐵冶煉項目未投產運營，公司未對上述鎳礦再進行開採及銷售。目前公司未對鎳礦進行全面詳勘，最終的實際儲量存在較大的不確定性，且鎳礦價格受國際鎳價及鎳礦的供求關係影響較大，公司的鎳礦售價亦具有一定的不確定性。因此該業務開展後，對公司營業收入、利潤等業績影響存在較大的不確定性，請投資者充分注意風險。
菲律賓光伏項目累計確認收入117720.41萬元，累計確認毛利40215.99萬元；風電項目累計確認收入101697.91萬元，累計確認毛利41503.36萬元。光伏項目尚未併網發電，因此未結算，該項目最終併網發電進行結算並能夠回款的時間存在不確定性；風電項目公司已向ELPI提出終止履行合同，雙方尚未達成一致的結算意見，公司已要求ELPI於2020年10月20日之前與公司進行磋商談判，在此之前公司尚未知曉ELPI最終的結算意願，最終的結算結果存在一定不確定性，可能存在衝回收入、毛利進而影響公司業績的風險。
