《即日市评》忧蚂蚁集团遭美纳入黑名单 阿里腾讯齐吐
受科技股跌势拖累，港股今日回吐。美国财长努钦表示与众议院议长佩洛西在新一轮刺激经济方案上分歧甚大，相信难以在11月3日大选之前达成协议，美股道指昨晚跌0.6%，纳指走低1.2%；市场关注中美关系发展，执笔之时美汇指数升至93.55，美股道指期货最新跌140点或0.5%、美股纳指期货最新145点或1.2%。中国公布9月CPI按年升1.7%录逾一年新低、9月PPI按年跌2.1%(市场原预期跌1.8%)，而人行今日进行5,000亿人币中期借贷便利(MLF)操作，上证综指跌0.3%收3,332，深证成指跌0.5%，沪深两市成交额共7,640亿人民币。
恒指低开133点後跌幅扩大，尾市曾跌564点一度低见24,102点，全日跌508点或2.1%，收24,158点；国企指数跌158点或1.6%，收9,762点；恒生科技指数跌278点或3.6%，收7,541点。大市全日成交总额1,305.38亿元，沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为29.52亿及16.36亿元人民币。
国泰航空(00293.HK)全日股价上扬6%收5.61元，香港与新加坡就建立双边「航空旅游气泡」达成原则性协议。汇控(00005.HK)股价跌2%报29.9元，失守30元关。
【国泰逆市扬 科技股受压】
科技股受压，腾讯(00700.HK)股价回吐3.7%收552元，美团(03690.HK)走低4.8%收265元，而阿里巴巴(09988.HK)股价下滑4.3%收284.8元。而港交所(00388.HK)亦走低2.9%收362元。据《路透》引述消息人士透露，美国务院已呈交一份提案，要求特朗普政府将中国金融科技公司蚂蚁集团列入「贸易黑名单」。据内地《界面新闻》引述蚂蚁集团发言人表示，此前集团已在一份声明中表示，公司不了解美国政府任何有关的讨论，并且指其业务主要在中国。
此外，据联交所资料显示，腾讯总裁刘炽平於10月8日以平均价每股533.3761元减持35万股；以及在10月9日以平均价每股541.1467元减持15万股。两次减持共涉资2.6785亿元。交易完成後，刘炽平的持股比例为0.57%。
【沽空率上升 濠赌股走弱】
港股主板今日市宽转弱，主板股票的升跌比率为13比28(上日25为17)，下跌股份1,119只(跌幅2.5%)；恒指成份股今日1只股份上升，下跌股份48只，升跌比率为2比96(上日为42比54)；大市今日录沽空175.79亿元，占可沽空股份成交1,029.77亿元的17.071%(上日15.794%)。
内地拟修改赌博刑法将招揽公民出境赌博作为打击目标，澳博(00880.HK)跌3.2%，金沙中国(01928.HK)走低1.3%。美银证券发表报告指，内地媒体报道了中国提交草案拟收紧对跨境赌博的刑责，以打击资金外流，影响国家形象和经济。该行称，相信有关法例的基本并没有转变，招揽跨境赌博在国内一直并不合法，但中介人在内地的活动在新的条文出台前或会变得较保守，并减慢贵宾厅业务复苏，至於高端中场，该行相信不会影响现有客户，但在吸引新客的挑战可能会增加。
此外，金风科技(02208.HK)全日股价抢上11.1%收10.24元。瑞信发表报告表示，就内媒报道，2020年北京国际风能大会上发布，为达到与碳中和目标实现起步衔接的目的，在「十四五」规划中，须为风电设定与碳中和国家战略相适应的发展空间，保证年均新增装机5,000万千瓦以上，该行认为此目标进取，对比市场原预期每年新增装机3,000万千瓦。另一方面，中国国家习近平主席表示风电运营商有可能接受较低的项目收益，以在中期提升风电安装速度，从而促进可再生能源的发展，并帮助中国在2060年之前实现碳中和的诺言。该行认为，风力设备制造商(例如金风科技)应该是可能更高的风力需求的主要受益者。
