雲天化(600096.SH):A股定增募資額由不超20.55億元調至不超19億元
格隆匯 10 月 15日丨雲天化(600096.SH)調整2020年度非公開發行A股股票方案,基於謹慎性原則,公司對此次募投項目“6萬噸/年聚甲醛項目”使用募集資金額度進行調減;根據補流資金不超過募集資金總額30%的規定,公司同時調減此次“償還銀行貸款”投入募集資金額度,此次調減總額度為15497萬元。
此次非公開發行募集資金總額(含發行費用)由不超過人民幣205519.91萬元(含本數)調減為不超過人民幣190022.91萬元(含本數)。
