海倫鋼琴(300329.SZ)前三季度淨利潤預降35%-55%
格隆匯 10 月 15日丨海倫鋼琴(300329.SZ)公佈,預計2020年前三季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1749.29萬元-2515.19萬元,同比下降35%-55%;其中,第三季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤932.13萬元-1261.11萬元,上年同期為盈利1096.62萬元。業績變動原因如下:
1、報告期內,由於新冠肺炎疫情影響,公司鋼琴產品生產與銷售受到一定影響,鋼琴銷量下降,從而導致銷售收入和淨利潤較上年同期下降。
2、報告期內,由於受疫情影響,國內藝術培訓行業受到衝擊,公司投資培訓機構相應確認的投資收益較上年同期下降。
3、報告期內,公司預計非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為368萬元,去年同期非經常性損益金額為194.96萬元,主要系政府補助增加所致。
