夢網集團(002123.SZ)：前三季淨利預降74.72%–78.02%
格隆匯 10 月 14日丨夢網集團(002123.SZ)披露2020年前三季度業績預告，2020年1月1日至2020年9月30日預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4000萬元–4600萬元，比上年同期下降74.72%–78.02%。基本每股收益盈利：0.049元/股-0.057元/股。2020年第三季度預計歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤983.77萬元–1583.77萬元，比上年同期下降72.51%–82.93%。基本每股收益盈利0.012元/股-0.019元/股。
2020年前三季度淨利潤較去年同期下降主要有以下原因：
(1)報告期內，公司為加速面向5G時代的雲通信業務轉型升級，持續加大對5G消息的研發投入，招聘5G消息產品研發人員、行業解決方案專家及數據營銷專業人員，導致期間研發費用及人員成本增加；
(2)自2019年四季度起，上游供應商大幅提價，2020年前三季度雲短信業務毛利率同比下降較多，期間疊加新冠疫情影響，公司向下遊客户提價進度受到影響。公司正在積極與下游客户溝通，雲短信業務前三季度分季度毛利率環比略有提升，目前單條毛利額已接近去年同期水平。同時，公司陸續推出富信、服務號等毛利率相對較高的雲通信產品，富信在2020年第二季度已形成新的利潤貢獻點，第三季度富信業務量環比第二季度增長149%，收入環比增長132%，公司於2020年9月發佈的終端服務號於9月已產生收入；
(3)疫情導致經濟影響和整體生活、工作方式變化，高頻信息交互場景隨之變化與減少，例如旅遊，交通，線下消費等，雲短信業務總量較2019年同期有一定下降，毛利額也有一定下降，但隨着疫情控制，社會正常生產和生活恢復，2020年第三季度較第二季度業務量環比上升7.41%，收入環比增長17.83%，毛利額環比增長16.02%。為支持抗疫，公司推出的兩款企業通信SaaS產品在疫情期間免費使用和宣傳推廣，產生一定成本。另外，公司為解決疫情期間員工困難，發放補貼及獎金，導致期間管理費用增加；
(4)去年同期電力電子業務有部分利潤貢獻，今年電力電子業務已全部完成剝離，無利潤貢獻，而公司併購帶來的無形資產攤銷及IDC機房資產攤銷均對利潤造成減損；
(5)公司持有的高瀾股份(300499)股票價格第三季度末較第二季度末下跌了1.71元/股，因此第三季度較第二季度投資收益減少5,223,622.50元人民幣。
